Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

ShiftPortrait offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”). By opting in or participating, you accept and agree to these terms, including your agreement to resolve disputes via binding arbitration.
User Opt-In: By joining the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
User Opt-Out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from ShiftPortrait to opt out. You may receive a confirmation message. Other methods are not recognized.
Program Description: Messages may include marketing and sale information of printed goods, including wall art and homeware, as well as checkout reminders.
Support Instructions: For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email support@shiftportrait.com. This email cannot be used to opt out.
Age Restriction: Users under 13 cannot use the Program. Users aged 13-18 must have parental consent.
Prohibited Content: You may not send fraudulent, illegal, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content, including malware or protected health information, through the Program.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes related to the Program will be resolved via binding arbitration in the United Kingdom. Class arbitration is prohibited.
Miscellaneous: ShiftPortrait reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
We do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. Contact us to exercise this right. Information may be transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.
